Why is it that my mass air flow sensor works worse on hot, humid days?

Well this is a likely incorrect category for an automotive problem. There is no mass air flow sensor on furnaces and air conditioners, but I can tell you that there is likely a crack in the vaccuum line to the pressure switch.

The air flow sensor seems to work better on these days because it is not freezing over. If it is hot then then sensor will not freeze over and work.
