Quite often at that stage in a mare's pregnancy is when they first begin to feel the foal and the changes happening in their body. The pacing is probably just a sign of her being slightly uncomfortable or ancy due to the hormonal changes that are happening in her body.

Often times horses pace in the later stages of pregnancy. They do this when they are ready to foal. If you're worried have the Vet check her.
