Why does my Dodge truck run rough when its warm?

Well when a car run badly when up to temperature it usually indicates that there is a heat related problem. Typically withing the ignition of fuel system. Check the engine to see if critical components are overheating. It could be anything from the fuel injectors to the ignition coils(s).

Some Dodge trucks are known to experience a single engine cylinder misfire, which in turn puts enormous pressure on the rest of them and as a result causes the vehicle to run rough. Another reason may be that the torque disengages when the speedometer reaches about 45 to 50mph.

maybe the choke is staying closed if that not the case your air breather can be dirty also the oxegen csnsor maybe gone
