Well, to be honest, it seems like you might need some antifreeze solution into the car. Otherwise there may be some kind of overwork of the battery parts so get it checked.

Your transmission fluid may be TOO full. Check your fluid level - you should check it when the car is running and in Park. Transmission fluid expands when it's hot, so filling it to the fill line when the car's not running can cause overfill.

This is typically a sign that you car is overheating and/ or the automatic transmission is worn out and probably needs to be replaced. Unless you have a "lemon" that is covered under lemon laws, many high mileage cars have been known to slip.

Check & change your automatic-transmission-fluid; Only use NEW-fluid APPROVED by your transmission's/vehicle's-manufacturer. Heat causes (old)automatic-transmission-fluid to break-down/thin; "Thin"-fluid affects transmission's-pressure-levels causing slippage. "Warm"-slippage is cause by broken-bands/gears/other-problems.

the pump could be getting weak. also, the filter might be stopped up. check the fluid level to see if it is low.

As the transmission gets hot fluid pressure drops due to the expansion of metal components creating excessive tolerances within the machined surfaces. The lower than normal fuid pressures cause the clutch discs to slip.

Something is wrong with it and you need to take it to a mechanic to get it checked out because it could be dangerous.

there're two scenerios, one is clutches worn out and it shifts fine when fluid is thick and clutches barely able to get grip, fluid become thinner when it get hot; another scenerio is filter clog up
