Why does a guy talk to you everyday, say he likes you, then pick someone else to be his girlfriend?

They do it because they can. They seem to like getting a women to like them and when they find someone that they think is better, they get rid of the other girl. Sometimes they just have better chemisty with the new girl. It's better off to how this guy is than to wait till later.

Because liking you doesn't necessarily mean that he wants you as a girlfriend. It's all about communication and how men and women talk.
