The little spots just in your peripheral vision are protein particles that get caught in the fluid in your eyes. If they're big enough or there's enough, they cast shadows, which causes you to see them. Generally, they're not dangerous, but if you're really worried, go to the eye doctor and get a professional opinion about them.

You could see little spots in your vision if you recently wnt from dark to very bright light or were blinded by bright headlights or a camera flash. They should go away after a few seconds or a minute but if they don't, you need to see an eye doctor.

There can be many reasons for these little dots in your vision. First off, it could just be the eye mucus that has not been cleaned out of your eyes, and thus floating around your iris and causing you to see little spots in your vision. There could also be a large glare that causes your eyesight to change.

Spots in your vision are called "floaters". Floaters are caused by the breaking of the "gel" in the back of your eye.
