A large and consistent blood alcohol level can be extremely dangerous. Alcohol creates problems for not only the liver, but the heart as well. Alcohol impairs the brain, which can sometimes misfire signals regarding heartbeat, causing tachycardia (rapid heard rate), as well as blood pressure issues. A body's heightened state of impairment can also cause stress on the heart.

This sounds like Tachycardia. You may be hypertensive and need to be put on anti-hypertensive drugs, and possibly specific beta blockers after evaluation. U need to go for investigations like cardiac profile, renal profile. In case of obesity, this also needs to be taken care of. Stop over drinking if u are diabetic and obese, till you are clinically evaluated.
