The most common cause of morning stomachaches is pregnancy. But there are a few other diseases and issues that could cause it also. Consult your doctor immediately. It could be that you don't get enough food at night to keep your stomach balanced through the night, or indigestion, or even an ulcer can cause stomach unease upon waking.

After sleeping in one position for a long period of time, the stomach can ache from digesting in that position all night,m particularly if you eat before going to bed.

You might have eaten to late at night and laid down to early. This can interfere with your digestion. It is also possible that you have an allergy to something you ate the night before. You may even be constipated. I would monitor what i ate and when i ate last. Try not to sleep on full stomach.

If your stomach is hurting in the morning, then try to moniter what you are eating before bedtime, and if you drink coffee in the morning try reducing the amount.

Sometimes you get a stomachache in the morning right when you wake up because you haven't eaten anything or drank anything in hours. This happens if you skip dinner.
