If a mother rabbit feels that her babies are being threatened she will eith kill them or move them. You should leave them alone until they are more grown.
Female rabbits will move their babies from the nest if she feels uncomfortable or if she thinks they aren't safe there. Let her move them because that will make her more comfortable.
