Why can't I lose weight on my stomach?

I've tried several different exercise plans, but nothing seems to work.

Exercises are great, however, you must reduce your calories intake to love weight on your stomach. Using both with give you a better shape and well being state.

Even if your exercising properly, you may not be able to lose weight on your stomach due to an improper diet. Cut back on fatty foods and beer.

Exercise alone will not make your stomach smaller - you can have rock hard abs hidden under a layer of fat. To show your muscle definition, you will need to diet as well as exercise - you won't lose weight specifically in your abdomen, but as you become leaner overall your abs will start to show too.

Stick to the plans and add some cardio if it's not included. Don't give up, think positively. Start eating healthier if you don't already. Give up soda and make sure you are eating your vegetables and fruit. Eat proteins like fish, not fried though.
