If you are certain you are not pregnant, you may have a mammary gland infection. It is very important to get it checked out by a doctor, to eliminate it being anything more serious. Some people find seepage to be a normal part of their menstrual cycle due to hormonal changes, but if it is new, get it checked out.

If your nipples leak it may be a sign of three things. One, you could be pregnant and not know it, so you should get a pregnancy test. Two, you may have a tumor in your breast. You should consult your doctor immediatley as this may be a sign of cancer. Third, you may have a thyroid issue.

This usually occurs when your prolactin levels are very high. This can occur during a reaction to some birth control pills or a pituitary tumor. See a doctor.
