One of the biggest reasons we are tired so much is because we rarely get enough sleep. Have you been checked for autoimmune diseases? Tiredness is a common symptom for these diseases. Maybe your thyroid isn't working right.

Feeling "tired" is a non-specific symptom. Various reasons could contribute to feeling tired, including insufficiency sleep, various endocrinological abnormalities (including low levels of thyroid hormone), mood disorders (such as depression), or infections (such as mono).

Sometimes if you lead a dull life you may actually be getting too much rest. Try working out for about 20-30 minutes a day, cutting caffeine and some sugar.

Are you getting 7-9 hours of restful sleep each night? If so, check with your doctor about other problems. Bloodwork might show deficiencies in vitamins or minerals, for example.
