Who were King David's children?

The Bible records King David as having many by different wives and concubines. Fourteen children are named, although the exact number of children is not known. The Bible mentions the following sons: Solomon, Nathanm Shimea and Shobab, Ibhar, Elishama,Eliphelet,Nepheg,Eliada,Nogah,Japhia Elishama (again), Eliphelet(again) The only daughter mentioned is Tamar.

In Hebron: Amnon, by Ahinoam; Daniel by Abigail; Absalom by Maachah; Adonijah by Haggith; Shephatiah by Abital; and Ithream by Eglah. By Bathsheba: Shammua; Shobab; Nathan; and Solomon. Sons born in Jerusalem by other wives included: Ibhar; Elishua; Eliphelet; Nogah; Nepheg; Japhia; Elishama; and Eliada. Jerimoth is mentioned as another son. David had at least one daughter, Tamar by Maachah.
