The good quality Italian makeup was created by two hollywood makeup artists Rea Ann Silva and Veronica Lorenz. The brand is fairly priced and just as good as most department store brands. The makeup can be compared to MAC cosmetics with its fun colors and cute packaging.

Pupa is actually owned by another company that started in Italy. I don't think there was really just one founder. The quality of the makeup is very good, and what's nice is that they offer a full line so you don't have to mix and match like you do with some other companies.
