Who makes a good French phrase translator?

My company is starting to do business in Canada.

Machine translation can be effective if you want to get the gist of a foreign text. Google Translate is probably the best, since it draws on human translation samples. For business communication, I'd advise against using machine translation though. Instead, use quick-turnaround human translation via online services such as myGengo.

The translator needs to possess not only a good command of the use of the language but also knowledge in the target field. Moreover, look for qualities of personality in a potential translator. If an interpreter speaks both French and another language fluently but have a bad attitude, you may worry about the delivery of the services.
