Benjamin Franklin is on the US $100 bill. He was added in 1914, replacing Admiral David G. Farragut. Canada and Australia also use dollars; Canada's $100 bill features Sir Robert Borden, Canada's eighth prime minister. He is one of the few people to appear on American currency who was never president of the United States. He did several writing on the importance of appearing virtuous to one's neighbors.
