Denzel Washington did an excellent job on the 80s drama St. Elsewhere and Eriq LaSalle and George Clooney appeared convincing on ER. Then there's the two comic doctors on Scrubs. There was also Mos Def who portrayed a historic doctor in Something The Lord Made on Showtime.

There are a ton. The best looking one that comes to mind is George Clooney from his days on ER. Hugh Laurie plays Dr. House on the TV show, House. Neil Patrick harris played Doogie Howser.
