Due to this factor it is clearly that the population low spending and low consumption power failed to fuel businesses in this state

Oregon appears to have the worst economy in America. It has nearly the highest unemployment rate in America, even during good economic times. Even with highest minimum wage, Oregon has lower average wage of other states.
