Which is better, coal or nuclear power?

Nuclear is far cleaner, just as safe and more efficient. But since coal is already in place, nuclear is more expensive to get running.

Coal pollutes not just when burning but also in the process of extracting it. It's also a limited resource. Nuclear power is unlimited as a resource, but when it has a problem, the problem can be a very big one. People near Chernobyl were still having to boil their meat twice years after the meltdown. Coal is better, marginally.

Nuclear power is better because although it is a little dangerous, it's better for the environment. In all reality with the recent coal worker injuries and coal mine collapses, it's probably safer than coal too.
