Fruits and vegetables do have serotonin in them. Although fruits have some serotonin, vegetables have a greater amount. Eat the recommended amounts of veggies and fruits and feel a change in your perspective. Serotonin increases your good feelings.

A few foods that increase serotonin levels include bananas, flaxseed, turkey, wild fish like salmon and herring, buckwheat, eggs, sour cherries, and whey protein
