Which countries consume the most alcohol per capita?

According to the magazine, "The Economist," the top five boozing countries are Luxembourg, Ireland, Hungary, Moldova and the Czech Republic. Luxembourg is surrounded by countries that have high taxes on alcohol, so most of the drinking there is done by tourists, supposedly. The Irish make no excuses.

The countries that consume the most are european countries. Italy consumes the most wine per capita of any where in the world. Other alcohol consuming countries include Ireland, France, England, Germany and many other countries that are well known for low or no drinking age and high consumption of alcohol.
