You can take the clothes to Goodwill or use a service such as Craigslist or Freecycle to donate the clothes to those in need.

A Salvation Army or Goodwill thrift store will happily take them, provided they are all clean. You could also call some homeless shelters, as sometimes homeless men trying to improve their situation will need a suit for job interviews and it's hard for them to present themselves well without one.
