Some public records can be retrieved online. To consult records in person, you can go to the County Clerk's office on Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard in White Plains. The Country Archives, including older records, are available at the County Archives and Records Center, in Elmsford.

Check the County Clerk's office. It's located in White Plains, NY, for Westchester County. Depending on what specifically you're looking for, there're different addresses there--check a phone book for specifics.

You can either go to the County Clerks Office to start your search or search online. Usually there is an online public record search for all areas in the United States which Westchester County will be covered.
