Your question is too vague to give a meaningful reply. You don't say where you are. You should be able to take it into a local repair shop and get an estimate for the cost, but it's very likely that it will be cheaper just to buy a new set.
You can take yout televisiojn to a repair shop locally in your town to get it fixed, or if its under warranty, take it back to where you bought it and they will sent it off to fix it
