You should take your cat to a vet to see what's wrong with it. It could be having an allergic reaction to something or it could be sick, the only way to know for sure is to go to the vet.

The best place to get information for any health condition of an animal is directly through your local licensed vet.

Your absolute best bet would be to make an appointment with a veterinarian. A veterinarian will be able to check out your cat, and perform any necessary tests to diagnose what may be the problem with your cat.

The best place to get information is to bring your cat to the vet for a visit. Your cat could be seriously ill and should be seen by a vet to see what's wrong.

Eyes that are puffy or swollen could be due to an infection, foreign body (such as a grass seed) or allergies. A cat may move slower than usual due to pain, fever, infection or dehydration. The best advice is to take the cat to the veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment.

To find out information on cat health you can go to websites sponsored by vetinary clinics, but the best thing to do is to bring your cat to the vet.

In this case I would highly reccomend contacting your local veterinarian. From the symptoms your are describing it sounds like your cat is suffering from some form of allergic reaction.
