You should check your local home depot stores, factories, and ware houses that operate and manufacturer these kind of things. In general I would just go to a large full scale commercial district or strip mall, but as I said, Wal Mart or any conglomerate will have what you need.

If you're finding difficulty finding a anniversary pattern, consider buying a wedding cross stitch kit and adapting it to work for an anniversary. One that has the date on it could work for either. If there's nothing you like in your local craft store you can also check online. There is a lot avalable online now.

Most craft stores have these patterns available, as do most fabric stores such as Joann's. I have also found that there are several websites that have patterns available, both free and those you have to pay for. , and are some that I've used online that also have free patterns and pay patterns available.
