Best Buy has a device that allows you to hook in a VCR and connect it to your computer so you can burn the video output to a DVD.

You can purchase them at your local electronics store, or online places such as Many newer dvd/vhs combos have the option to convert them for you. All you have to do is play the tape and have the recorder record it on to the dvd. the one i have at home is the Toshiba D-VR5 it costs around $100.

Best Buy and Walmart should have quality VHS to DVD devices. Both stores also should carry the blank DVD's needed to burn copies.

Since vhs moves are being phased out I think your best bet is to go look online. Somewhere like amazon or eBay should have some listed. You could also try looking at places like Walmart or Bestbuy but it is unlikely the still sell these.

Yes, they have many different options for converting VHS to digital format. There are also people who specialize in this service, in turn doing it for you which may be a good option if you are not Tech-savvy. They make all in one machines which burn it straight to dvd, or capture cards with software as well.

They have a few at the two local BestBuy's as well as Target stores. This is a dying technology since VHS has become so rare. The larger electronics and department stores only carry one or two different models.
