Your employer can dock your pay (garnish your wages) by court order, for reasons such as child support, alimony, taxes, etc. Alternatively, your pay can be docked if you miss a significant period of time at work without justification, but your employer has to give forewarning that this may happen.

You must be paid for hours worked. Period. Your boss can refuse to pay for for time off, time missed by a late arrival/early departure, or a no-show. Your pay cannot be withheld as a form of punishment if you indeed worked the hours. Call the Labor Board and file a complaint.
