This is depending on your age and if you want to work there or only to live there. The best countries in Europe would be United Kingdom (same language), Germany (best/strongest economy, low costs, nice countryside), Austria (very quiet and comfortable) and Switzerland (if you like a lot of nature and economy)
I have experienced France, England, USA, Germany and Australia, Australia is the best overall because it has great climate, safety, space, culture, great food, great life hygiene and proper democracy.
