What's a good diet for hypochlorydia?

Is it opposite of an ulcer diet?

Hypochlorydia is low stomach acid. Avoid foods high in fat or sugar, white flour and processed foods. Include fresh fruits and vegetables,whole grains, fish and meat. Chew food completely.

You should eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Preferably citrus fruits such as grapefruit and oranges. If grapefruit is too sour for you, try putting brown sugar on top. You can also section out the grapefruit and add golden raisins to it. You can squeeze the juice on top.

I am not an expert, so please consult an expert before changing your diet. Avoid foods that put you at risk for food poisoning because your low stomach acid can't kill off those bacteria. Take a supplement with meals: betaine HCL. It will help you digest things by increasing acidity. Supplement your vitamin/mineral intake. Your stomach has difficulty processing vitamins/minerals.

Below is the diet for hypochlorydia Comsumption of raw fruits and vegetables if eaten before starting the meals can cure hypochlorydia Bitter leaves such as dandelion,chicory also cures hypochlorydia slowly.
