You may not be getting enough circulation in your hand. When the tingling begins shake your hand gently and hold it up above your heart for a few minutes. Don't wear any shirts with tight sleaves or tight jewelry on your hands.

If you have a arthritis in the spine in your cervical (or neck region), it could be compressing one of the nerves that innervates your hand. You also could have carpel tunnel syndrome especially if you overuse your wrist every day.

A major cause of tingling hands is carpal tunnel syndrome. Carpal tunnel can also affect the wrists and at times cause pain.

The circulation in that hand could be poor. See your physician so that tests can be conducted to make sure ciculation is proficient and no nerves are damaged.
