Have you tried a ticktropical liquid caled front line plus? using this monthly should help take them away and prevent them from coming back. Also a flea comb can help reove them and then a good bath should help clear them up.

Get your dog a flea and tick collar or spray him up with Flea and Tick spray before going outside. Be careful, ticks could give him Lyme's Disease.

Keeping ticks from attaching themself in the first place is the best treatment. So you should check your dog. You can prevent the number of them in your yard by keeping the grass mowed. You can use a pesticide on your garden as well. There is also a tick prevention product is designed special to be applied to your dog.

BioSpot and Frontline are two commercial products that absolutely will end the tick problem with your dog. Flea collars work, but not as well.
