You definitely need the colors olive green and gold. Blond coffee tables also work. The scale of the furniture is much smaller than today's standards. Also wall-to-wall carpeting in the living room.

It was very basic and modern. With light colors that work well around each other. Some colors are bright and neon and others are dark and pastel. The tables were basic made of wood. So were the chairs. The bedrooms didnt have much. The design is almost a Techno Style but not much of it.

This type of decorating was very dark. The walls were usually a dark panelling, the carpet was a brown or orangy color. The kitchen cabinets were also dark with the appliances being a green color.
