What tips can you give me on peeling hard boiled eggs?

Every time I try to peel eggs I end up getting chunks of the egg on the peeling.

Whack the crap out of the shell with a spoon, then peel off the bits of shell. You could also use vinegar to dissolve the shell. It takes a few hours.

Gentle crack the egg, peel a small part off, when you see a white layer. Start 'tearing' it from the white layer. The shell should come off really easily with peeling any of the egg

When peeling a boiled egg crack the egg on a hard surface, such as a counter, and separate the egg shell in half and pull apart.

Boil the eggs for at least twelve minutes, then lift the whole pan into the sink and dump the boiling water. Immediately, run cold water over the eggs. As soon as it is cool enough to touch, tap in on the sink and crack the shell all over, then peel.
