Identify everything that you are taking orally [including medications and fluids]. Get everything you suspect examined by a pathologist. Person serving you can also be a suspect.

After an chronic poisoining one must wash the site with good antiseptics or soaps. Then soon after the patient must be taken to the hospital and there the poison must be taken out from the body through the site after an Tetanus Toxoid injection.

If you have an idea of what you are being poisoned with, you can ask a physician to run medical tests for that substance. Depending on the substance, different tests could be ordered including blood, urine, fecal, hair and even breath testing.
