The gas can be a result of the diet, and can be avoided by avoiding foods that cause symptoms of gas. The body will absorb or release the gas eventually.

Belching will releasse trapped air in the stomach and can be aided by a carbonated beverage. Passising flatus also releases trapped air. Walking would aid in this area.

Generally prevention is better than cure. To allow the heavy gases that are produced by the fauna in your alimentary canal to sink and eject through the anus it is good to keep matter flowing by drinking water regularly and walking. The alimentary canal may be damaged if over extended.

Gas or air does not really get trapped in your digestive system. Air is constantly being swallowed as part of eating and bacteria in your intestines are constantly releasing gas. If you actually had trapped air you would have either a impacted (blocked) bowel or an adynamic illeus and would be in a lot of pain.

People normally ingest a little air when swallowing. Too much of this is called "aerophagia," which literally means "eating air. " Why? Nervousness, and gulping food or drink. The swallowed air may make you feel bloated, but most is expelled by belching (not by passing gas). It's not harmful, but uncomfortable.

It's normal, and can come from how certain foods are digested or carbonated beverages you consume. Some people, such as those who are lactose intolerant, get really bad gas when digesting dairy for example. Everyone's anatomy/physiology is a little bit different but it's completely normal. You can try keeping track of what you consume in the future to avoid it.

Trapped gas or air inside our digestion system is when we swallows too much air or we eats foods that hard to digest. And the reason why fart is smelly because of the sulfur that contaminates the air inside us.
