It will make it harder for you to get a decent place to rent because the landlord will be weary that you may not be creditworthy. One way to get around this is to have someone else rent and you are their room-mate.

You are unclear- If you are renting to a prior evictee, have a written agreement that abides by your state's statutes. If you are the evictee, have believable references.

Most landlords run a credit report and a criminal background check. They will see the eviction and judgement on your records. A lot of landlords will not rent to someone that has a previous eviction. You can pay off the judgement awarded to the landlord and that would look better.
