You will have to slide the CD Player/Radio unit out and take it apart to remove the CD. Make sure you have the security code.

Where do you get the security code? Is there an eject button under the face plate or somewhere else?  add a comment

The best thing to do would be to see a car audio expert to get it removed to prevent further damage to the unit. Usually a CD being stuck is due to a bad belt in the cd player or an imperfection in the CD itself.

If a CD is stuck in the CD player of Mercury Mountaineer, I reccommend that you turn off the ignition, turn it back on again, and push the eject button.
