I am really concerned about my dog, I may need take her to the vet.

Definitely take her to the vet ASAP. Not eating and vomiting are very serious symptoms. She could die if she doesn't receive treatment.

While this may be something as simple as worms, it could be much more server, such as Parvo. Take it to the vet asap, if lasts more then a day.
