Use tepid water, a temperature that is comfortable for you foot and add half a cup of epsom salt, just enough to make the water cloudy and soak for a five to ten minutes several times a day. Make sure you rinse your foot after each soak and dry them thoroughly.

Epsom salts can be purchased at any drug or department stores. It is found in the pharmacy section. Add the salts to the water as per package directions. The water should be as warm as you can stand it. You should soak your foot for at least twenty minutes, adding more hot water as needed.

You can buy epsom salt at most drug stores. For a foot soak, add about half a cup of epsom salt to a large pan of warm water (warm enough to dissolve the salt, but not so hot that it is painful for your feet). Soak your feet for 20-25 minutes.

You should make the water warm enough you can stand it but not too hot that you scald you feet. You should follow the directions on the package of epsom salt for how much per amount of water you are using approximately. You should soak for at least 15 min or more.
