Remember that you cannot be both the conductor, the orchestra, and the audience. The other person has to be an active participant as well, and there is nothing you can do to change this. Love is about two people who love each other, not one who loves and one who tolerates being loved.

Confusion about love may be caused by bad past experiences. If that is not the case, then consider that the object of your affection is, in some way, somewhat abusive. Perhaps this person is merely contolling, but that is enough to cause confusion.

Everyone is confused about love. It's a very confusing subject. All you can do is go over what you know in as unemotional a way as possible, writing down pros and cons and then trust your head and your heart to give you the clues you need.

The best thing that anyone can do is go and expereince love, no book or person can teach about love. Love is always confusing, be honest in your feelings with the other person, also think before you say something and try not to hold yourself back, be involved in the relationship, listen and also make yourself be heard.
