Have *your* parents invite "her" & family to dinner. It's not a "date" and they get to meet your family, see that you're not a complete nutjob (unless you ARE a complete nutjob, in which case, this is a bad plan). They may warm up to you, if you're patient.

Have a sit down discussion with her parents to discuss their concerns. If possible, have your parents join in. Let them set the boundaries of what you can do; if you agree to them, then you may be able to go out.

Although you may be charming a lot of parents are STILL very old fashioned. If proving yourself as a good person doesn't work I advise you to wait it out. Nothing says Respect like patience, its a virtue!
