I would have to say use saline spray or antibiotics. For my cat I try to wipe my cat's runny nose with a warm rag. If it doesn't help with saline or antibiotics take the kitty to a vet.

Take him/her to the vet. If you can't afford the vet then be sure to keep his nose and eyes clean with a warm wash cloth. He may just have a cold or he may have feline leukemia. If the cold persists try and get him to the vet.

The cat should be taken to a vet to get some antibiotics. The nose should also be wiped with a warm, moist cloth several times daily until the condition clears.

It is due to Rhinovirus which infected the kitty. This virus will spread quickly to other cats. The main cause for the disease is from water and pollution. At this time the kitty should take full rest and kept in a neat and tidy place. By taking immediate immunization the disease will be cleared.
