After a trustee sale find out whom the trustee is (bank or private person) to obtain the amount of time you will have to vacate the property or make arrangements with the trustee to make a timeline for certain actions to be done. Once you know your timeline, make sure you make arrangments for housing for yourself or family.

After a trustee sale, you should contact the trustee and ask for the legal requirements binding the sale. You need to know as much as you can about the trustee.

Well basically you will need to get a hold of the trustee that bought the house. Then you can figure out when you need to vacate the house accordingly to this.

Best bet is to try to delay the sheriff sale. After that you should make a deal to avoid the foreclosure.
