What should I do about my healed broken wrist which seems to have caused stiff fingers?

I thought my broken wrist healed nicely but now my fingers are so stiff I can hardly move them.

Ask your Healthcare Provider to show you how to gently exercise the area. These exercises should be done several times a day to relieve and prevent further stiffness. You should also talk to your Doctor to rule out any underlying issue that is causing the stiffness. Physical Therapy may also be an option if the stiffness is severe.

You may need physical therapy. It's also possible that you have some sort of arthritis. Go back to your doctor for help.

There are nearly 30 fairly tiny bones in the hand, and most articulate with others. If you broke bones in your wrist, it is likely that your fingers won't move as well as they did pre-injury. Talk to your doc about physical therapy. You can work on your own with a stress ball. It takes time; be patient.

That is natural for the first few days, due to the fact you have not moved them in much time. This should remain for half a doy or a day at most, until your fingers work again. If this remains for longer than said time, though, is is best to visit the doctor.

First you should have your fingers undergo a therapy. Experts knows very well to press for the nerves that are not functioning well. Exercise and move your fingers as often as possible. Do not touch cold stuff. Every time you wash your hands, use only lukewarm water.

You should go see a doctor about it. I do no think that is right. I have never heard of this and it is possible that your wrist did not set right while it was healing.
