An adults rec room should have a big screen tv with some video games. It should also consist of a pool table, foosball table, dart board, etc.

My perfect adult rec room, would be a leather couch facing a wide screen TV, a music system with surround sound, a pool table with enough room so you don't hit the walls, video games and a great salt water fish tank. In the ceiling lightning and a light over the pool table.
