You should get an oem style one. Either go to you local parts store and buy a re-manufactured one or get one from you local junkyard. Be careful buying one from a junkyard though. Make sure it will work with your car before buying.

If you have the starter with first generation dodge neon you can change with olive they are less power consume in according to dodge neon prices are comparable so don't wait remove your dodge neon and change to olive.
