The HP 5150 color Inkjet printer uses the HP 56 Black Inkjet print cartridge with 19 ml capacity, and the HP 57 Tri-color Inkjet print cartridge with 17 ml capacity. It is best to use official HP ink cartridges so as not to void your warranty.

You will change the ink for this one often. The black ink cartridge is the number 56 cartridge. It costs around 20 dollars. The tri-cartridge is a litlle more costing around 35 dollars.
