The way admissions towards graduate programs is relatively complex. In the application, you often need to present a statement of purpose, some autobiographical materials, GMAT scores, and (finally) that transcript. Different schools have different requirements, as well. Check with the admissions offices of the schools you are applying to in order to determine the requirements.

You must have a bachelor's degree to apply to law school. Law school is a graduate program that confers a degree that is comparable to a PhD. Most law school grads have a J. D. , a juris doctorate.

You need at least a 3.5 gpa to get into a decent college. I would recommend you getting at least a 3.8 to get into a good law school. Like Harvard, Yale, or Stanford University. To get a masters degree, GPA is involved you need to at least have a 3.0 gpa.

I think that the more things that you can do from graduation till applying again can only help. I am still not going to get into the top tiered schools, but hopefully all of the extra things that I am going to bring to the table will get me into one of my T2 stretches.

The answer would greatly depend on where you want to go do your masters and in what. Many masters progams take into account different factors including references, GRE score.
