What kind of DTV converter do I need to receive UHF stations?

A loop antenna or a converter box is now needed to recieve digital television. You need a digital to analog converter box for some tv's depending on your style of tv.

Any of the converter boxes on the market will serve your needs. Even the 20-30 dollar boxes will do the trick. The general rule is that you need higher end equipment the farther you live from the transmission point. UHF will not matter. Go to for more information.

A digital converter will pick up ANY digital signal regardless of what the previous frequency band was, as long is it is within range.
